BAG DRILLS

Our Bag Drills class is a 60-minute high-intensity partner boxing session designed to get your heart racing and body moving. This class is conducted in a Tabata style, incorporating proper technique and explosive movements to allow for maximum speed and power. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class will challenge you to push your boundaries and take your boxing fitness to the next level.
